The European Institute of Purchasing Management, EIPM, Logo to the right breaks down as follows: The Blazon is for the family; The Bee Hive Cells signify the cross functional team and teamwork added value; there is a Star for Europe; and finally A Bee for beneficial efficient productivity and a continual search for information. EIPM is a pioneer in purchasing training and purchasing management skills transfer in the world. The Institute was founded in 1990 by Bernard Gracia and 10 top European multinationals and supported by the European Union. This institute created the first Executive MBA in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management in Europe. The objective of the executive MBA program is to train professionals in an international environment to become highly qualified executives with enhanced skills in purchasing and solid general management knowledge, equipping them to assume other functions in their future careers.

Enter Mr. Frederic Schwaller, a man you can’t miss, due to his high professional standing and strong presence. He is Taylor Made Program Manager for EIPM; a position which he has held since 2006. In this position he performs duties as necessary to ensure continued soundness and stability of day to day operations. His natural gregariousness and the benefits of his world travel come in handy as he also oversees projects in locations ranging from China to Africa; he develops, creates and presents courses for various key accounts around the globe, in different sectors (Automotive, Telecommunication, Transportation, Aerospace, Foods and Beverages; Insurance & Banking, Media). He is effectual at everything related to purchase and supply chain management. Mr. Schwaller participates in European Roundtables discussions and Annual conferences with Senior Vice Presidents and other leadership.

Mr. Schwaller is most keen on the international aspects of his job. It affords him the privilege and opportunity for learning and imparting his knowledge while navigating through differences in business and country cultures. Letting results speak for his work, he has tackled and withstood some tremendous challenges along his working career and contributed to the publication of a book about negotiations. Mr. Schwaller is a strategic forward thinker with diplomatic, verbal and negotiation skills of the highest order.
In his own course of formal study, Mr. Schwaller earned a Master’s Degree, from the Graduate School of Management at IECS. He also studied at ITP and ICP Helsinki School of Economics.

He balances his work life with play. He is quite active at his play. Two of Mr. Schwaller’s favorite pastimes are snowboarding and Paragliding. To keep his brain sharp, he plays Mind Games. His enjoyment of travel is the perfect mix of business and pleasure.

Mr. Frederic Schwaller can be found on the Madison Who’s Who Directory where he is looking forward to networking with you.
