Business network tips traded amongst men would probably not include how to start a business based on an epiphany that emerged after meditating. But women are indeed different and apparently a “message” during meditation was enough to grease this one woman into action.

“I had a handbag that said, ‘In love we trust,’ on it. That got me thinking of starting a line of inspirational handbags.”

No, men do not think like that at all.

“Women follow their instincts and build businesses that stem from their lifestyles. They seldom begin with a business plan or financing. They multitask the many parts of their lives, hatching companies on the side while working in other jobs or raising families. And their careers rarely follow linear paths.”

Effective global networking has proven a boon for women around the world, allowing them to market themselves, pursue entrepreneurial adventures and build networks of women doing business with women.
