Madison Who’s Who of Executives and Professionals has included Andreia Carneiro in the 2007-2008 Edition of the Registry.

Ms. Carneiro serves as Partner of Simmons & Simmons Rebelo de Sousa e Associados. She is responsible for the Porto office. Her core practices include corporate and commercial, employment law and dispute resolution and litigation in various areas. With a range of strategic and operational responsibilities, her areas of expertise are in contract, corporate and commercial law. As the only partner in the office, she coordinates all the work. Ms. Carneiro and her staff also conducts seminars at the client’s and perspective business locations. Prior to the Firm, she filled the post of teacher with Escola Superio de Gestaod e Barcelos. Her career portfolio also includes the positions of trainee of Gonçalves Pereira, Castelo Branco e Associados and lawyer of Caixa Gerald e Depósitos. Gathering extensive knowledge, competence and experience in every aspect of her practice, she holds a master’s degree in contracts. Amongst the business and lawyer’s circles, she is considered as an authority in contract, corporate and commercial law. Ms. Carneiro continually seeks to anticipate solutions and scenarios, keeping in constant dialogue with clients and informing them about legal decisions that may impact their businesses.
