Louis Dechert is an accomplished veteran who held a military career for twenty-three years. Mr. Dechert offers his consulting services backed by years of firsthand knowledge and experience. A southern gentleman, Mr. Dechert was born in Junction, Texas. He currently resides in Louisiana with his wife Marietta Ruth Jones, with whom he has two children, Deborah and Louis. Deborah Suzanne Dechert Jackson is presently an attorney and Louis T Dechert, Jr. is currently the owner and operator of a golf course.

Louis Dechert’s post-military career consists mostly of consultations and operations relating to, legislative, business, national defense, veterans as well as Korean, Romanian, German and Latin American affairs. Mr. Dechert holds memberships and offices in several veteran /military-related organizations. He has recently completed two consecutive two year terms as National President and Chairman of the Board of the Korean War Veterans Association.

At his leisure, Louis Dechert enjoys reading, hiking, ranching and gardening. He and his wife are now celebrating their 59th wedding anniversary. Mr. Dechert can be found in the Madison Who’s Who directory and looks forward to networking with you.
