Operating out of Dubai, a place where hospitality has been a tradition for centuries, Pierre Hajj-Chahine supports PepsiCo’s production and distribution of various types of beverages & snacks in the international market. His expertise is in upgrading and optimizing sales and manufacturing systems. Through the implementation of state-of-the-art programs, Mr. Hajj-Chahine’s work enhances quality, customer service and profitability by institutionalizing operational excellence.

He earned his Bachelor’s Degree with Distinction in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Beirut. Afterwards he went on to acquire a Masters in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut. This is some of the ground work that allowed Mr. Hajj-Chahine to arrive at his position.

A well-rounded business-man and community member, he is affiliated with The Order of Professional Engineers in Lebanon and The American Engineers Society. In his free time he enjoys reading, snorkeling, basketball, travel, and football, and spending time with his wife, Joyce, and their daughter, Thalia.
