The ravages of disease in the third world are magnified tenfold by a significant lack of infrastructure and funds. Global non-profit organizations build relief efforts in order to address what can often be seen as overwhelming concern. Dr. Ian Magrath is the President of one such organization, the International Center for Cancer Treatment.
