If you’ve watched the news lately, you may have noticed a huge push to protect families from criminal predators. Whether it’s the sting operation “to catch a predator,” or Oprah Winfrey’s piece on keeping criminals in jail, it seems that protecting families from violent crimes, especially those committed by sex offenders, is a top priority.
