Personal trainers will be the first to tell you that the most difficult client they have to keep on track with training is the globe trotting lap top warrior. As any member of Madison Who’s Who will attest, the traveling executive has some legitimate obstacles to maintaining their fitness regimen , from inadequate hotel gyms to irregular schedules and scant nutritional menu choices.
A trainer has to design a training program specifically tailored to their clients schedule and lifestyle and then devise ways to keep the executive on pace with their program when they are out of town. Fortunately, the internet makes the trainers job a good deal easier.
In order to contribute to that effort, Madison Who’s Who will regularly feature fitness tips and recommend websites for the harried, time strapped professional who is committed to their fitness goals.
That’s Fit.com makes that objective easier with the introduction of their new weekly podcast.
“Each Thursday, we’ll go from blogger to broadcaster as we discuss topics relevant to pursuing your health and fitness goals. In our premiere show, our topic is Springing into Fitness. What better time than spring to adopt a new fitness routine? With shorts and swimsuits hitting store racks, it’s tempting to want to go from couch potato to hot tamale in no time flat. But doing so too quickly can lead to burnout and injury. Start paving your own successful road to fitness with our five tips to ease back into an exercise routine.”
